Saint Tropez is one of my favorite destinations on the French Riviera. It is located to the East of Marseille, in the Côte d’Azur region of southeastern France. Saint Tropez is a small fishing village which French movie actress Brigitte Bardot made famous in the 50s. Nowadays, Saint Tropez is one of the most visited locations on the French Riviera by celebrities, models and millionaires. It is the place to see and be seen.
The town has several beach clubs where you can spend the day. One of the most well-known beach clubs is Le Club 55 where you can soak up the local culture. Le Club 55 is the perfect place to people-watch, spend the day at the beach, and have lunch at the famous restaurant.
How to get to Saint Tropez?
The easiest way to get to Saint Tropez is by taking a boat from Nice or Cannes. You also have the option to drive but depending on the season that might take some time as there might be a lot of traffic getting to Saint Tropez. If you are planning on taking a cruise from Nice or Cannes, my recommendation is to go with a company called Trans Côte d’Azur.
